Bob is a member of the Nadia Appel team serving Chicago and
the North Shore's Commercial and Residential needs. Involved
in property management for over 30 years, Bob has wide range
of experiences including investment income properties, strip
malls, warehouse/showroom and offices.
Bob has co-founded the Property Solutions Team, a team of
expert realtors dedicated to resolving distressed property
situations with practical actions to avoid foreclosures. The
Property Solutions Team also has a referal network of lawyers
and lenders to help resolve issues involving property in
economic distress.
Prior to becoming involved full time in real estate, Bob
served as a consultant to Allstate, CNA, Perot Systems,
Lockheed, and Sherwood International. Bob has also worked in
England, Germany, France, India and China.
Bob is also a Chartered Financial Consultant and CLU. Bob
has served as an officer and president of several
professional societies and is currently an officer of an
apartment owners association and a director of several
associations. Bob also has raised his family on the North
Shore sending all 3 of his children though its fine schools
to college and beyond. Bob has represented clients
throughout Chicagoland with successful transactions as far
south as Bolingbrook, as far west as Elgin and as far north
